UK heading towards no-deal as prorogation case thrown out of court

MPs trying to outlaw the prorogation of Parliament have had their case chucked out of court, as Boris Johnson said that those trying to gain more time to defeat the possibility of no-deal were somehow making it more likely. Lord Doherty said that there was no ‘cogent need’ for an interdict.

Gerry thinks that unfortunately this may well play out Johnson’s way…
