Both Jeremy Hunt and Boris Johnson have so far pledged tax cuts galore, but now the underdog has said that small businesses, farmers and fishers would get a boost of £6 billion in the event of a no-deal Brexit. Johnson has said that he will give public sector workers a ‘fair’ pay rise, supposedly to set him apart from the draconian economics of Philip Hammond under Theresa May.
