After his Brexit strategy was unsurprisingly defeated by the Commons yesterday, Jeremy Corbyn has put his party’s support behind a second referendum, although other options are still ‘on the table,’ such as another election and Labour’s exit policy. It is evident that Corbyn does not actually want another public vote, but has given into pressure from his own MPs.
